GA4 uses the deployed snapshot (—; active users per page view). Firestore counts are lifetime platform totals (Stripe wallet deposits; clients with at least one paid call). Sequential drop-off is approximate when crossing web analytics and product data.

Prepaid wallet + Connect marketplace. Answer three questions fast: Are we profitable? Is cash safe? Is the engine accelerating? Clients fund wallets via Stripe; session spend splits ~88% consultant / ~12% platform (co-owners 0%). Only platform commission minus Agora, Stripe fees, VSP, and fixed ops is true contribution. Consultant share and unspent wallets must stay in Stripe.
Profit pulse
Net contribution (30d) Estimated platform commission minus Agora, Stripe processing, VSP share, and prorated fixed ops over the trailing 30 days. This is the best single “are we making money?” number.
—
After Agora, Stripe, fixed ops
Platform take (MTD) Commission earned month-to-date from the ledger (default 12% on third-party consultants; co-owners 0%). Subtitle shows effective take rate = take ÷ GMV.
—
Take rate vs GMV
GMV (MTD) Gross Merchandise Value: total client session spend this calendar month (succeeded ledger transactions). Not the same as platform revenue—most GMV is owed to consultants.
—
Session spend
Avg session value MTD GMV ÷ number of succeeded sessions this month. Rising AOV with stable take rate improves contribution without needing more volume.
—
MTD
Cash pulse
Safe bank scrape Stripe instant available − (client wallet liability + consultant pending + available + reserves). The only cash you can safely move to the operating bank without stranding payouts or refunds.
—
Instant − obligations
Obligation coverage Stripe instant ÷ total obligations. ≥1.0x means every owed dollar is backed by liquid Stripe cash. Below 1.0x is a treasury deficit—do not scrape.
—
Instant ÷ obligations
Stripe instant Cash currently available for Instant Payout on the Stripe platform balance. Separate from T+2 “available” and unsettled “pending.”
—
Liquid platform float
Total obligations Sum of client prepaid wallets (real money) plus all consultant balances (30-day hold, payout pipeline, and reserves). These are claims against Stripe float—not platform equity.
—
Wallets + consultants
Profit engine Unit economics for the platform share only. Target contribution at scale on card funding is roughly 5–7% of GMV after Agora, Stripe, VSP, and fixed ops.
Commission vs estimated Agora, Stripe, VSP, and fixed ops. Bridge shows how GMV becomes net contribution.
Net contribution Platform commission − (Agora + Stripe fees + VSP + prorated fixed) for the selected range.
—
Margin on take Net contribution ÷ platform commission. Shows how much of each commission dollar survives after estimated costs.
—
Contrib. margin / GMV Net contribution ÷ GMV. The CFO “pennies per dollar of customer spend” metric. Healthy card-funded scale is roughly 5–7%.
—
Effective take rate Commission ÷ GMV for the period. Blended below 12% usually means co-owner volume or payment-request rates (6%).
—
Cost / video min Total estimated platform costs ÷ Agora-billable video minutes in range. Useful stress test vs per-minute rates.
—
Stripe fee / txn Estimated Stripe processing fees ÷ charge count in the payments sample. Larger average top-ups amortize the fixed $0.30 better.
—
Agora buffer Rough headroom: how many extra (or fewer) paid video minutes at your Agora $/min would bring net contribution to zero, holding other costs fixed.
—
P&L bridge Waterfall from customer GMV through consultant share and platform take, then subtracts estimated cost stack to net contribution. Bars are scaled to GMV in the selected range.

Cash & treasury
Stripe balance composition Allocation of liquid Stripe cash across claims. Never withdraw consultant share or unspent client wallets—only the green platform (safe scrape) slice.
Where platform cash is allocated. Do not withdraw consultant share or unspent client wallets.
Coverage ratio Same as Cash pulse: Stripe instant ÷ total obligations.
—
Days of wallet cover Client wallet liability ÷ average daily MTD session spend. How many days of current burn prepaid float can fund before wallets run dry (ignoring new top-ups).
—
Stripe available (T+2) Standard Stripe available balance (typically settles on a T+2 schedule)—distinct from Instant Available used for scrapes.
—
Stripe pending Funds still settling into the Stripe balance; not yet withdrawable.
—
Free credits (no cash backing) Promotional walletCredits. Not a cash liability—spending them does not require Stripe float backing.
—
— users
Transfer to operating bank Instant payout from Stripe platform balance to the linked operating bank. Always prefer Safe max so consultant and wallet claims remain funded.

Use Safe max only. Max ignores consultant obligations and can leave you unable to pay out or refund wallets.
Revenue quality & cash conversion Tracks the prepaid flywheel: top-ups fund wallets → session spend creates GMV → split to consultants/platform. Top-up vs spend >1 builds prepaid float; <1 draws it down.
Top-ups fund Stripe → wallet spend splits ~88% / ~12%. Stripe fees hit on deposit; Agora on video minutes.
Wallet top-ups Gross client card deposits into prepaid wallets (Stripe PaymentIntents). Creates liability until spent.
—
Stripe deposits
Session spend (GMV) Wallet (or card) spend on completed sessions in range—same concept as GMV.
—
—
Top-up / spend Top-ups ÷ session spend. >1.0 builds prepaid float; <1.0 clients are spending prior balances.
—
Prepaid health
Consultant net GMV minus platform commission—earnings credited to consultants (including co-owner volume at 0% take).
—
—
Platform take Commission retained from session spend in this range (before cost stack).
—
—
Stripe fees Processing fees estimated on top-ups (or Stripe ledger actuals when available). Hit at deposit time, amortized across later session spend.
—
On top-ups
Prepaid float (wallet liability) Live unspent client walletBalance across users—cash already collected that has not yet become GMV.

Consultant payout preferences Faster payouts add 1–2% platform fee revenue but reduce Stripe float tenure. Monthly (0%) maximizes float; daily (2%) monetizes speed.
